Public Policy Advocacy
Members are flooded with local, regional and national regulations and code changes which can negatively impact consumer prices for new housing and remodeling projects. This can force buyers out of the market due to the lack of affordability. Your HBA staff, its membership and the National Association of Home Builders work to keep regulations reasonable. The resulting large-scale savings is just one benefit to the small investment made in your valued HBA and NAHB membership.
