Certified Lead Renovator - Initial Course 1-2019

The EPA's renovation, Repair & Painting (RRP) Rule requires training for all paid renovators and contractors who work in pre-1978 housing. The HBA is holding the initial 8-hour course on Wed., Jan. 23 from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

The HBA's lead paint classes comply with the EPA's RRP Rule, and HUD's Lead Safe Housing Rule because they are being taught by accredited EPA trainers from proactive Safety Services. However, this course only certifies the individual, not the firm.
