Burning Bright or Burning Out Seminar

This presentation, led by Kelly Karavousanos, LPC, will focus on how to cope with the mixed messages we receive from our culture. One is the only way to succeed is to hustle and never stop. The other is to stop, slow down, and practice good self-care to be successful. Learn skills to balance these two messages on Wednesday, March 29 from 11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. at the HBA office (10104 Old Olive Street Rd., 63141). Doors open at 11:30 a.m. for lunch and the program will begin at Noon. Sponsored by ABF Security, Associated Bank, and Metro Lighting.
